1. Flexible Floor Plans

From deciding where and how to set up the booths, tables, chairs, displays, and anything else to make your occasion your own, there is a lot of decisions that you need to make before your guests arrive.
Yet, before you start to stress out too much, know that the staff at the Sevierville Convention Center will be more than happy to assist you in planning your layout. In fact, they even offer several layout templates for you to choose from based on your type of event.

2. Perfect For All Event Types
Whether you are planning a trade show, an awards banquet, a conference, a charity fundraiser, a corporate meeting, or any other large group event, you will not be disappointed in the facilities offered by the Sevierville Convention Center.
Not only do they offer a huge 108,000 square-foot exhibit hall, they also offer a 19,000 square foot ballroom and four spacious meeting rooms. This means that no matter what size your group is, the convention center has a space for you.
Even better, you can divide the exhibit hall and ballroom into smaller sections if needed. This is perfect for conferences and meetings where you plan on hosting several sessions or demonstrations at once.
3. Ample Parking
When it comes to picking the perfect place to plan your convention, parking is key. You want to make sure that your guests have plenty of places to park their car so they can come inside and enjoy the event you worked so hard to plan.
That is why we are happy to tell you that parking will not be an issue at the Sevierville Convention Center. In fact, the center has over 1,500 parking spots for you to use during your event. That is a lot of happy guests.
There is a small fee of $5 per car per day to use the parking lot, but that is a small price to pay for convenience and positive customer service.
4. Convenient Loading Dock
Carrying bulk tables and promotional materials can be a little awkward. That is why you will be pleased to know that the Sevierville Convention Center offers a large loading dock area where you can carry your stuff in at your convenience.
The loading dock has a total of ten berths and two drive ramps, and many places to drive trucks into the exhibit hall. This means you should have no trouble setting up, no matter what your event may be.
If you need help loading your equipment or materials in, the convention center also offers a limited number of carts that you can borrow. All you have to do is leave a valid driver’s license as a deposit. You will get your license back to you when you return the carts.
5. Full-Service Catering Department
Chances are, if you are inviting a lot of people to join you for your event, you will eventually need to think of a way to feed them.
