If you’re looking for a great “Off The Beaten Path” restaurant, go no further than The Rib Shack off Pittman Center Road in Sevierville. Arguably some of the best BBQ in the area, The Rib Shack’s tender smoked brisket, ribs, and pork are simply mouth-watering and will have any first-time guest making their way back through town for another helping of pulled pork or beef brisket, cole slaw, baked beans, or potato salad.

The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant and The Applewood Farmhouse Grill – 230 Apple Valley Road, Sevierville

The Apple Barn Cider Mill & General Store complex is home to two of the most popular restaurants in the Sevierville, Tn area. The Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant has been here the longest and is the most well known. Originally built in the 1920’s, the farmhouse took on renovation work and was converted to a restaurant before opening in 1986. Family meals and good country cookin’ is the specialty at the Farmhouse Restaurant. The Applewood Farmhouse Grill was later opened because of the popularity enjoyed by the original restaurant. A number of the favorites from the Farmhouse are served at the Grill, with a few updates and some lighter selections. The Grill is nestled in a beautiful location right in the apple orchard.

COMING SOONBuffalo Wild Wings at Governor’s Crossing in the Old Mine location. That’s right, chicken wings like you can’t believe, as well as other menu items, beer, but CHICKEN WINGS in many delectable flavors. Construction is currently ongoing at the site, but plans for a grand opening in early summer 2011 are still in place and for Inside Sevierville can’t get here soon enough. As stated earlier, Buffalo Wild Wings will also feature various libations in its huge sports bar, packed with plenty of flat screen TVs. The menu featuring everything from salads to appetizers to burgers, and a variety of specialty items, to go along with the wings. Guests will also be able to play trivia on their Buzztime® system, all while watching their favorite sporting events and chowing down on the best wings in town.
